At OudLuxeRoyale, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to assist.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging, with any seals intact
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used fragrances
• Personal care or hygienic items
• Perishable goods
• Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. A replacement or refund will be arranged where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
Items are only eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• A tracked and insured shipping service is recommended, as receipt of returned items cannot be guaranteed
